At Kodimund, we take pride in delivering authentic handloom products with care. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds before placing your order.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, you must email us with your Order Number and Payment Method.
- Once the consignment has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Custom-made orders are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is not as per the order placed.
- If you wish to return a product, you must email or call us within 2 days of receiving the consignment, clearly mentioning:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Image of the product received
- Returns requested after 2 days will not be accepted.
- Once we verify your request, we will share the return shipping address. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund.
- If the consignment is received in a damaged condition, do not accept it. Please take a photo and email us immediately with your Order Number and note that the package was refused due to damage.
- Custom-made products are non-returnable, except if received in damaged condition.
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
- Custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds.
- All cancellations, returns, and refund requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis after verification.
