Order Processing & Dispatch
- All standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 working days from the date of order.
- In case of any expected delays, the revised dispatch date will be communicated to you via email.
- For custom-made orders, specific delivery timelines will be shared separately over email. Standard processing time does not apply to these orders.
Transit & Delivery Timelines
- Within Kerala: Orders will be delivered within 3 days from the date of dispatch.
- Rest of India: Deliveries can be expected within 7 to 10 days from the date of dispatch.
- Please note: These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to unforeseen logistical issues or extraordinary circumstances.
Express Shipping
- During holiday seasons and festivals, regular courier services may face delays.
- If you require Express Shipping, please mention your request in the “Order Notes” section during checkout.
- Additional charges for express delivery will be shared with you. Upon your confirmation, we will proceed with expedited dispatch.
